The ranch house (pictured) is one of several historic structures on this 600-acre cattle ranch, 1.6 miles below Tarryall Reservoir on County Road 77. It was completely refurbished in the late 90s and is now available for overnight lodging. A 3-night minimum stay is required. The ranch offers 3 bedrooms (one w/ queen bed; one w/double bed; one w/2 twin beds), 2 bathrooms (one w/shower; one w/tub) and a well-appointed kitchen (including dishwasher). This facility is best suited for 2 to 4 anglers who want to spend several days fishing in the Tarryall valley. Lodging at the TLC Ranch includes step-out-the-door access to one of the finest private miles of water on the Tarryall, strictly limited to catch and release fly-fishing. The TLC Ranch House is a seasonal lodging option that is typically available starting in late May through early September, weather permitting.
This property may also be reserved for fishing by the day (lodging excluded) for $50/rod (please see "Day-Use Fishing Leases").
This section of Tarryall Creek is quite diverse in gradient and habitat. Herds of deer, elk and big horn sheep move down to the property to graze in the evenings.
