Ute Creek River House
Many SPFF anglers over the past few years no doubt have noticed the Ute Creek River House when fishing on the Ute Creek lease. This delightful 2-bedroom, 1-bath house is available for overnight lodging and fishing packages. The comfortable master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom offers a twin bed plus twin trundle. There is also a summer sleeping porch with a small futon. Lodging at the River House includes the Ute Creek fishing lease. This is ideal for 2 - 3 anglers (fly fishing / catch & release only) or a family of 4.
This mountain retreat has all the comforts of home: fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, DVD, river rock fireplace, outdoor gas grill and a large deck overlooking the river with spectaular views of the Tarryall Valley.
Three night minimum stays are preferred,and are required during all major holidays. Nightly rates start at $250/2 guests/night.
